Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bullia ("Bullia," the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), available at bullia.net. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. This strict minimum age is required because the Service handles financial trading data and integrates with regulated broker APIs (including SnapTrade and Interactive Brokers), whose own terms and underlying brokerages restrict account ownership to legal adults.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We may require email verification before granting access to the Service.
- One account per person. You may not share an account with another person.
2. Description of the Service
Bullia is a trading journal that lets you import, organize, and analyze trading data from supported brokers and from CSV files. The Service may include statistical analytics, behavioral coaching prompts, AI-generated summaries (when enabled), broker synchronization, and subscription billing.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All analytics, statistics, coaching prompts, AI-generated commentary, and recommendations are educational in nature and based solely on your own historical data. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Broker connections and data accuracy
The Service connects to third-party brokers and data providers including SnapTrade, Interactive Brokers, and others. We do not control those providers and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data they return. We recommend verifying any number that influences a real-world decision against the official statements from your broker.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change plan pricing or feature inclusion. We will notify active subscribers of price changes at least 30 days in advance, and changes apply to the next billing cycle following the notice.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features until payment is resolved.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to violate any law, infringe on any third party's rights, or distribute malware or harmful code.
- Scrape, mass-download, or otherwise abuse the Service or any of its APIs (including but not limited to circumventing rate limits).
- Use automated means to create accounts or to interact with the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.
- Upload data you do not have the right to share, or impersonate another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, the underlying systems, or related infrastructure.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the trading data, journal entries, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Bullia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its source code, design, branding, and underlying methodology (other than Your Content), is owned by Bullia and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Beta and experimental features
Some features may be labeled "beta", "preview", or controlled by feature flags (for example, the AI Coach). These features are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and may not have the same reliability guarantees as the rest of the Service.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time. On deletion we will remove Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your account has unpaid balances, or if we are required to do so by law.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullia and its operators, contributors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullia from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
Bullia.net is a registered business operating under the laws of the State of Israel. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel, and you irrevocably consent to their personal and exclusive jurisdiction and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent substantive revision. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or through an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
